Pros

Talent Acquisition works extremely hard to paint a great picture of a disorganized and mismanaged company

Cons

Treat employees as if they don't know how to "adult" Very old school way of conducting business, especially during this time... NEWS FLASH...... PANDEMIC EQUALS KIDS HOME WITH WORKING PARENTS....... why are we penalizing employees for this???? . Terrible tech support teams and processes.

We understand these are tough times, we're adjusting and working hard to make sure we accommodate our teams as best we can. While working from home is certainly not a new concept; we are working on perfecting it in a tough time. We are learning alongside our teams every day and trying to make the business run while managing all new processes in the work from home environment. On that note, we recently launched a Schedule Accommodation Survey to assess the needs of our employees in order to navigate through these unusual times. We’re looking at ways we can help accommodate the needs of employees - more to come on this soon. Lastly, what a great idea for a town hall – we’re hoping for one in the coming months - so stay tuned for that. Thanks for all your hard work - it is appreciated. Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
