Percepta does show favoritism and they dont like when you question them. They dont care for their employees, but why should they. They make the client look like they are the ones that make the decisions and are the ones holding everyone back. That is not the case. Percepta comes in and they dont talk to anyone, Sarah the main boss has an attitude and will look at you like you are beneath her. She was outside smoking in the front and someone advised her she could not do that and she advised she was an executive and she can do what she wants and turned around like she was better than the employee. Percepta is destroying the company in Melbourne. They do not like you talking to the client. They blame the client for everything, but if you actually talk to the client it is not them, it is actually Percepta calling the shots and treating the employees like crap. It is a shame. It has gone down hill and I watched it go down for years. The client is great and they are willing to help the employees but Percepta is all about the money. There is no moral any more. The new CRM does not care about the team, the CRM follows Perceta and does not look at it from a human point of view. Who cares about what the employees think or feel, it is a shame. There are amazing people that work there and it is a shame that they are not recognized they have lost and will continue to lose amazing people because they dont care. I met a lot of great people working there and some were Percepta, but the majority of the Percepta team turn their heads on how they need to improve the moral and work environment for the agents. Percepta should take a long hard look on how they treat others and how they destroy employees.
