Pros
decent bonus when receiving positive reviews from customers (5 stars across the board). Once you know what you're doing (and the answer/solution to most issues) it can be pretty chill, but some teams will be receiving back-to-back calls.
Cons
can be some micromanagement and they are very particular on how they want things done/coded. Rules change often and are not always communicated.
