Pros
-Flexible to Work-life balance -Fair wages -New jobs created constantly; can apply to whatever you want at any time -"Diverse"
Cons
-Diverse in outward lifestyles/appearances only. Felt very "othered" because I didn't come from religious or middle class background like the majority of my staff mates. -Promote underqualified people simply because they are Yes-Men/Women; leaves more experienced folks to be overlooked. You will not be considered for promotion if you do not fit in to their ideal image. -NFL ads are phony baloney. They rarely accept learners if they feel they cannot "professionally develop them within a certain timeframe," and will often choose a Caucasian suburban person over an African American -The org used to be good, but has been corrupted due to the overzealous desire to exponential growth, and the personal agendas of the staff. -They're overhauling the company to become a training/staffing agency to "sell" graduates to companies who pay for the training (yikes--that means the customer will come before the learner) -HIGH number of Women of Color in high positions leaving for reasons "unknown." -So much more to say, but overall, just FAKE!
