I interviewed for an Executive Director role. I had a screening call and then a second interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager informed me that they would like me to present to senior leadership in a 3rd round interview. She even invited me to schedule a site visit. This was all on Friday. I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Per Scholas in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview started a few minutes late and, while polite, was defined by a rigid, outdated policy requiring A+ retesting, even for candidates with higher CompTIA certifications. This contradicts CompTIA’s CE structure and deters experienced professionals.
