Pros
Good Pay Good Benefits Relatively fun work do's
Cons
The work itself is extremely dry & repetitive. They preach the ability to grow but you'll find yourself becoming really good at being a cog. They have an abhorrent treatment for employees, within 2 months of joining the company they made my whole team redundant and relocated me to another part of the company - unsurprisingly this is something they failed to mention to anyone external to this. On top of the above, every single corporate cliche you can imagine. Senior management massively deluded & out of touch. Due to pedantic HR policies any procedure lacks any sort of compassion or common sense. Hierarchy really does matter, not everyone is treated the same & the you are expected to be treated in respect to your assigned "Level" A real case of analysis paralysis, you'll be stuck in a mound of large organisation jargon trying to do 1 simple task. Unfortunately & probably most importantly there was a real sense of delusion amongst employees about the real issues the company had. "PepsiCo Way", "PepsiCo Proud" - I feel you'd have a lot of more employee loyalty if you had any sort of humility. All in all, it's take all accountability for things other people have done well & sweep things under the rug/ignore they ever happened when they're in the wrong.
