Poor management - Part Time Service Crew Pepper Lunch Employee Review

Pay increment is ridiculous. Worked there for three years. Those that joined me in my last year were only 30 cents lower than me. Management is absolutely horrendous. They lack sieving good and bad employees. Their SRM hazel decided to cover for a manager’s mistake despite her scolding another manager for the same mistake. Favouritsm. The company comes up with lots of weird ideas that customers always feedback to the service crew. Constantly resulting in the service crew’s mood being ruined.
