Thank you for taking the time to do this review, and I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your time at PeoplePlus. I care a great deal of everyone enjoying their experience with us, even if we end up not being the right organisation for you in the long term. In terms of your advice to management - I am sorry that was your impression, but I am really proud of the reputation for quality of delivery across our organisation - and more importantly our results show that. Just two examples of many - all 9 of our work programme contracts are the best performing 9 in the country and Ofsted rated us a grade "2" as a provider. Finally, just so there is no confusion for other readers we did not change our name from "A4E" . We acquired a number of organisations over the last few years, of which A4E was one - all of these organisations merged into the PeoplePlus Group.
