Pros
My biggest pros are sharing a sense of purpose and trust with my colleagues and having a good line manager. I'm fortunate to connect with people from all divisions (Communities, Justice, and Social Value Solutions) and the focus on making things better for people who need support is real and motivating.
Cons
There is always more work to do at PeoplePlus because there are always ways to add value. It never lets up naturally, (never a dull day), so you do need to pace yourself and take proactive steps to balance your time.
