      none to mention, not even decent salaries

      Cons

      The worst culture I have ever worked in; you get thrown under a bus, lack of transparency, non-existent HR, terrible management that just gets worse the higher you go because ultimately they are incompetent and push the blame down. The ship sunk long ago for this company that had so much potential

      Working on EdTech and helping improve educational outcome. Caring coworkers, altruistic & mission driven, etc.

      Pay is reasonable for working in the education field but is slightly lower than working in other parts of tech.

      Used to be a great place to work/ Excellent work/life balance due to being fully remote.

      Has become much more corporate, more time spent tracking performance metrics than getting work done.
