      Camaraderie & friendship found within small individual teams. Good tech stack and infrastructure support. Comfortable work-life balance.

      Cons

      All the big company pitfalls -- poor communication, little to none cross-team collaboration. Silos everywhere. Outdated views on their products, hard to tell if they actually care about the student.

      From home and relaxed working environment

      Cons

      They never know when the project will end or start so you can’t line up other work. Projected end 16th and we end 10 days early? Thats a lot of wages now I don’t have.
