*High work load *Sometimes Sat/Sun work(just twice for me per year with per day weekend salary) *Can get early morning call due to bug leakage sometimes(rare) *Sometimes meetings can eat up 70% of your time(plan accordingly)(TL fixed this issue later on with lower meetings count)
