      Able to have autonomy, flexible, good colleagues and supportive environment.

      Cons

      The only very small con is the the pay could be slightly better. However all the positives out weight this.

      Stable work, flexible hours, and it has a culture of little to no micromanagement so long as the work gets done and is done well.

      It’s a boys club, if you’re a woman or don’t feed into the frat culture, it’s a mess
