      Pros

      It has massive potential with the right leadership in charge. Ground staff and clients are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      The top structure lacks leadership experience. There is a culture of fear and intimidation. Staff are very VERY dispensal. Element of subtle racism and lastly, a culture of "my way or the highway"
