Pros

Some management is helpful, learn a lot of skills, great for resume building

Cons

Crumbling culture, overworked, grossly underpaid for the work we do, completely out of touch corporate management, direct supervisor does not listen to our advice and concerns. Told we might be getting rid of sick days because we work from home (imagine calling customer service and getting someone sick to try to help you). They only offer overtime around holidays so they don't have to pay time and a half.

Pros

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Cons

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Pros

Remote work and Flexible Time Off

Cons

Low pay. Minimal to no career growth. Constant leadership turnover. Conflicting priorities from the top with little strategic direction. Endless “do more with less” mentality and burnout. Mandatory culture and positivity “training” instead of fixing the problems creating poor culture. The company has become reactive, chaotic, and disconnected from the employees who keep it running. Current CEO drove down stock price and eradicated worker morale. Terrible leadership.
