This varies by office but there is no micro management at my office, great support, company genuinely cares about their employees and we have some great perks. My first couple of years we didn't have great leadership but that has changed in the past 18 mos and everything has been on an upward trend. My managers are fantastic and are as engaged as you want or need them to be. Reps typically make from $65k - $100k with a handful in my office from $100k - $200k. Very good company to work for.
Cons
Paperwork can be tiresome but its a small price to pay to have a sales job where you don't hate coming to work everyday. Operations isn't always on the same page as sales
