Pros
The payroll software was pretty good and the sources of information were housed in a central location. The hours were standard and the benefits were good.
Cons
Management didn't involve the employees that much. The management was more top down. The employees were asked to make a lot of sacrifices that lowered morale. The workload was pretty heavy and the measurements used to gauge performance were based on statistics that were out of the control of the specialist.
