Because its a smaller size company that is growing exponentially, I was given the opportunity to grow within the Company. They do recognize hard work and will work with you in compensation. The President and CEO are approachable and try to keep everyone in form with quarterly meetings. The work life balance is good, people are nice, 70% of health insurance is paid, equity is offered, have a 401K matching plan. Have a lot of employees that have been here from the start that says a lot.
Cons
Vacation for new hires is 2 weeks however you get 4 personal days and 6 observed holidays. Need to work on team building within the different departments. Some supervisors are known to be difficult, however are taking action to correct the situation in order to retain good employees.
