Pros

People like you and are willing to talk with you. I've been told that eventually they made improvements to the integrations team and its process. The 401(k) match was nonexistent for many years, but eventually they relented.

Cons

Sometimes the worst is assumed before you have your own say. Integrations was probably the least productive team when I worked there. There were a lot of opportunities for improvement, and senior management appeared uninterested in making real change. Seemed that senior management was more interested in reaping results than in investing in the people producing those results. There wasn't really anything in place designed to develop the skills of the employees.

Pros

People are nice Small business and you get to know upper management Consistent work to be done that doesn't overwhelm the work life balance Growing fast Equity offered Best departments are Analytics and Software Development

Cons

Benefits are bad No matching 401k Some micro management Offers are not competitive at all Talent is on the lower end and it negatively affects all aspects of the business I didn't feel a culture Management seems to be bailing water rather than fixing leaks.

Pros

Work life balance was good.

Cons

Department structure was very unorganized. Training materials were not completely accurate and updated and caused a lot of confusions Manager showed obvious favoritism for specific employee Manager doesn't follow through her decision and constantly changing her mind Manager lacks knowledge of all the components that are involved in the integration process Very little vacation days
