Pros

- office located downtown close to lots of spots for lunch - free coffee and snacks, and catered lunch on Fridays.

Cons

- WORST MICROMANAGEMENT EVER. They watch every move employees make and do not trust them. - Controlling management that does not empower their employees to learn enough to feel confident to use their best judgement when making decisions. - Low pay and reduced commission and wages during a pandemic while quadrupling work expectations. - Refused to pay full amount on opportunities when commission is already low to begin with. - Coping with management is much more difficult than cold calling. - lack of opportunity for growth and professional development. - incompetent management that lack experience - refused to pay full commission on opportunities - they say they value "long term relationships over short term profits" but will do anything to save a buck at the expense of their employees. - management gives prizes like ice cream instead of paying employees a livable wage. also does not follow through on their commitments to give prizes and incentives - management treats BDR team like they are kindergarteners. - can't give feedback openly to management - good reviews on here are fake as HR asks employees to write reviews to be sneaky around Glassdoor's algorithm - lots of favoritism and won't be promoted unless you are favored by management.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate and value your input as we strive to be the best we can be and are always looking for areas that need improvement. While we have been cautious with expenditures during the Covid-19 pandemic, we take pride in the fact that we have not had to reduce headcount, benefits or compensation. Our leadership teams work hard to ensure that our compensation plans are aligned with the market and include achievable metrics and our managers are diligent in their efforts to make their teams successful. We try to ensure that our managers are receiving training and coaching to be the best they can be and we will be sure to revisit any training needs with the BDR management team. HR does encourage our team members to review their employment experiences with us on Glassdoor as feedback is essential to our growth and success. What our employees write is entirely up to them, and not something we want to influence in any way. Constructive feedback, in any form, makes PayJunction a better company and a better place to work. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and thank you for contributing to PayJunction's success while you were here.

Pros

PayJunction is a rare organization where leadership genuinely lives out its brand pillars and promises. There is a strong commitment to integrity, transparency, and partnership - not just in words, but in how decisions are made and how people are treated. The culture is one where employees feel included, heard, and valued. There is a clear sense that your work matters, and leadership is consistently asking how they can improve and better support the organization. That mindset creates real trust and engagement. The founders set the tone in a meaningful way. They take the time to know their people, invest in their growth, and encourage career development in a way that feels intentional and genuine. The people here are truly exceptional - thoughtful, kind, intelligent, and highly knowledgeable. Cross-functional collaboration is a real strength, and teams work together with a shared focus on outcomes. PayJunction runs lean, but with high impact. There is a clear vision for growth, and the company balances performance with strong relationships and a healthy respect for work-life balance. Coming from larger organizations, this has been a refreshing experience. PayJunction has not lost sight of the individual while continuing to scale thoughtfully. I am incredibly grateful to be part of this team and excited about what is ahead.

Cons

Because the company operates lean, there are not always multiple roles or rapid upward moves available at any given time. That said, there is still a strong focus on growth and development within roles

Pros

Bootstrapped for 25 years so the culture is 100% controlled by the founders and they care about employee health and growth. Excellent Health Care(best I've ever had). Not shy to technology(Slack, Outreach, Zoominfo, Salesforce, ChatGPT and more). Every leader/executive has an open door policy and you feel heard. Culture Comity works hard to provide perks & events that make it feel like one big family. Payment Technology is VERY unique and has massive upside if your looking to sell something non-traditional. This is NOT a traditional payments company(and I've worked for them all), transparency, integrity and they do not cut corners on anything.

Cons

Lean company(100~ Employees) so if you don't like being expected to own your outcome+, this might not be right for you.
