PayJunction interview questions

Pretty much went through a screening and was told about the process for the interviews and what they were looking for. Thought it went pretty well until I got the rejection email saying they weren’t going to proceed with me to the next round for the assessment. It would have been nice to go through with the assessment to showcase my actual skill set for the job.

Don't bother with this company. They posted, then reposted a job on LinkedIn, and at least one recruiting firm was trying to fill it. I counted almost 1,800 people, including myself, who clicked 'Apply" across the postings I found. My experience was a good fit, but I was rejected (via a recruiter) for not having an optional skill. They aren't serious about hiring anyone. There's nothing in the job description that suggests there aren't hundreds of candidates who aren't qualified to do the work.
