Pros

Pretty office and *some* nice colleagues

Cons

Nepotism, the CEO hires his friends and family with NO experience whatsoever. They are rude to the other employees because they’re safe from being laid off. Leadership is a joke. Because of nepotism, they have no experience and have no idea what they’re doing and it’s shown in their results. The CEO & CTO fight and scream at each-other in the office all the time. Really bad culture. They lay off people in the most HORRIBLE way. They call themselves a family and the next day you’re out for good (without a cause). Also, they can’t look you in the eyes when they do it. No growth for your career. They close the door at your face when you try to do more and take on more projects. DO NOT WORK HERE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH WILL DECLINE!!!

Pros

Work itself is easy if you're comfortable on videochat with owners, and are good at multitasking. Would not be able to financially support myself as a main income, but great for a 2ndary job.

Cons

As a 1099 there are not very many shifts available, and so many 1099 workers, when shifts do become available they are picked up within 30 seconds. Hard to get hours.
