Glassdoor really needs to add more options for these reviews. Like "Company stopped responding" or "Company was unprofessional" The last email exchange with Niketa Patel (recruiter at Pawp) was on Jan 20th. After an initial screening and then another conversation with Adel, who works at Pawp, Niketa Patel emailed me again for my availability but then decided to ghost me. This happens too frequently these days and this all should be addressed.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pawp (Littleton, CO)
Interview
Phone screen with hiring manager. A quick “build this” technical exercise. Nothing tedious. No follow up after. At least give a thumbs up or down. Feels like it’s more then likely for the best.

Interview
A hiring manager chat with the CTO followed by a phone interview with the same person.
The interview was focused on coding and language syntax.
CTO cut the interview short in 15 mins without any pretense to be polite. I found his communication style a bit terse and assertive and laser focused on implementation minutiae.
There was not even a followup email after the interview. In hint sight, I felt I dodged a bullet.
