Pros
Remote work, loads of excellent and brilliant and innovative people, the entire mission of Pathrise is noble and honestly a great idea. Informative industry specialists and great resources like the career connect resource.
Cons
Leadership is easily the biggest one. Cofounders are absent from day to day, they don’t listen well to both ICs and managers (it’s very much “our way/this is what we do know” mentality), they implement processes very hastily and are quick to cut projects that are baking. Also - the actual program is too expensive in current form and tough to “sell” in the current tech market.
