The interview process was structured. However, with the focus being on metrics specifically a point system to determine eligibility for the role. They miss out on the coaching opportunities of good candidates.

Interview
A phone screening by a team member. Then a resume-building challenge that took about 2 hours. The challenge requires you to take an existing resume and fit it to a job listing.
Screen call with recruiter, then virtual interview with Career Leads/Career Mentors, next is a take home assignment given to the candidate, and eventually there's a role play interview round (i.e. mock interview)
