Pros
There are a lot of opportunities to make improvements here and work on high profile projects. There are a lot of young staff which creates an energetic environment.
Cons
70+ hrs week is expected. Answering your phone at 2AM is also expected. Taking earned vacation time is frowned upon and mocked behind your back with derisive laughter. It is a cut-throat culture; if you are not in the room (participating in the bullying of staff members) then you are on the menu. Very clique oriented. Like Middle School. Unethical practices in many departments get a complete blind eye from HR. Public humiliation and ridicule of staff is the norm.
