Pros
Willing to hire anyone at the moment due to consistent high turnover. It’s a place to get a foot in the industry if your willing to wade through the swamp. Nice facility.
Cons
Treat internal employees horrible. Don’t pay the median value often even for salary. Management is the worst I’ve ever seen anywhere…ignorant, spiteful, and create a culture that is the same. Good people present, but grew too fast without real leadership to implement what is necessary.
