Pros

None, except if you want to gain entry in tech sales. Learn the basics of SaaS sales and leave as quickly as you find your next position.

Cons

Too many - Unachievable targets, stressful environment, a lot of micromanagement since no-one hits their targets. Favoritism and office politics is rampant. The CEO is a product driven engineer, with no knowledge of selling leading to a lack of clear direction and sense of belonging working at this company. They have a history of doing mass hiring's and then mass layoffs over and over again because no-one knows what will bring success. Everyone gets treated as a scapegoat, run 5000 miles away.

Pros

Good people in UK, US and Canada who are trying their best, considering the lack of investment and micromanagement by CEO.

Cons

CEO wants to grow in US market, but at Chinese prices, which shows his lack of understanding and strategy. 100% of R&D in China, while rest of world decoupling from China. Company not able to keep top talent, many of CEO's leaders know he is not capable, but hang out for the paycheck.
