      Pros

      As the company is developing over the years, I myself also grow a lot. I basically worked for almost every single technical department, and from an individual contributor to a leader managing a team. I felt very lucky that the company let me try many different things. Great colleagues to work with and you also have the opportunities to work with UK or Singapore counterparts.

      Cons

      Changes happen too quickly and too often here. Need to learn to embrace the change.

      Product, people , culture, spiffs, encouraging

      Cons

      They don’t spend enough money on the sales team. Laptop you receive is cheap and can effect your work especially during a zoom call with a client

      Pros

      Good people in UK, US and Canada who are trying their best, considering the lack of investment and micromanagement by CEO.

      Cons

      CEO wants to grow in US market, but at Chinese prices, which shows his lack of understanding and strategy. 100% of R&D in China, while rest of world decoupling from China. Company not able to keep top talent, many of CEO's leaders know he is not capable, but hang out for the paycheck.
