Pros

The product is interesting. I’ve been in sales 10 years and the market is facinating around IP. People can be decent.

Cons

Extremeley poor management. What does this mean? Comission structure changing constantly, territories changing constantly, interaction with crm changing constantly. It’s an immature sales structure and not what it used to be. Many internal hires who are now managers are ill equipped and still work on playground tactics. If you are an AE with expereince this place is a downgrade. If you are an SDR at the beginnning of your career i’s recommend you give it a go. Office also is dreadful and probably least benefits from all companies i’ve worked at. Everyone is looking to leave apart from a few loyalists who have been promised the ipo dream. Ceo thinks he is God’s gift on earth. He’s not..

They don’t spend enough money on the sales team. Laptop you receive is cheap and can effect your work especially during a zoom call with a client

Pros

Good people in UK, US and Canada who are trying their best, considering the lack of investment and micromanagement by CEO.

Cons

CEO wants to grow in US market, but at Chinese prices, which shows his lack of understanding and strategy. 100% of R&D in China, while rest of world decoupling from China. Company not able to keep top talent, many of CEO's leaders know he is not capable, but hang out for the paycheck.
