      Pros

      The role is fsp so there’s a lot of flexibility with travel. Most sr cras would dream of this role because it is not a heavy 8-11 DOS a month position.

      The pay could be better for what is expected.

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
