      They hire freshers in PV The company policies are good Managers, HR, extra benifits like insurance coverage are good You will get experienced and as its MNC it will give you alot of exposure in the field of PV

      Cons

      The hike is less that is the only cons of the job here and growth is slow. You can apply via IJP to another roles though

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
