      Pros

      Great group of co-workers. Some flexibility in schedule.

      Cons

      Business model was troubling. Sell anything, figure out how to deliver later, have PMs deliver the bad news that timelines must shift. Major issue with lack of resources. Company was in beginning stages of moving many positions oversees to increase the profit. Long hours, little monetary reward for excellent performance.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
