      - Very top heavy. I was in finance at the senior level, i reported to a director who reported to a CFO, who reported to another CFO, who reported to another CFO. - Acquired by new PE groups and very focused on cost cutting. Moving jobs to low cost countries which results in layoffs for others.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
