Training is great at first.
Cons
Once you are on a team you do not receive any support and are on the hook for anyone's previous mistakes. I was put on a "Sprint" right after I joined a team because the previous employee was not doing their job and I had to clean up after them. Management can be good, but you'll switch managers often and some are not fit for management.
