      Pros

      great learning place for life sciences domain. Great senior leadership.

      Cons

      The belief is that to have absolute accountability with one person, all relevant people should line report into that person's organization. This leads to lot of silos across. It limits career growth and reduces productivity.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
