      They are still in business

      Cons

      Outsourcing as much employment as possible. Taken from public to private in 2017, then apparently sold to Goldman Sachs private equity more recently, including further outsourcing of engineering positions that were in the US.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
