Pros

Flexible schedule, at least until they actually get the time-clock to work that's been hanging on the wall for the last 9 months

Cons

Not recognized for hard work or growth of knowledge. Promoting the off-shore employees is bringing moral down in other offices.

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
