      Pros

      Robust systems and processes. There are some very good and supportive leaders. There is an established career path and promotions from within the company are common.

      Cons

      Resource limitations hinder effective project management and create larger scale issues. Senior leadership is top heavy and some seem to have lost touch with the actual work. Salaries are not as good as in other companies. People sometimes get so stuck on the established process, they forget or are afraid to "think".

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

      Pros

      The only pro is that they offer remote work.

      Cons

      I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
