      Pros

      Big CRO that allows to work on different processes with different pharmas. That allows a goo gain of experience before to run away.

      Cons

      PXL doesn't use previous experiences of their current employees. Senior Management allways apply new decisions without thinking of consequence before to put in place the decision. But more than everything worklife balance is terrible.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
