      Opportunity to work on diverse projects

      Cons

      Extremely political with Sr Management always looking for someone else to blame. Doing good work is not noticed or appreciated, only who you patronize and who you can shift blame to. People were even moved to a building still under construction (no/too much heat, iffy phone/internet, falling ceiling panels) to help "lay a claim" to the space. Afterwards they were moved right back to where they started.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
