      Plenty of work. Access to core teams to expand exposure to emerging technologies Decent pay and benefits

      No solid direction. Projects get stuck in mud. Way too many people in middle management. Thankless job. Your pat on your back is your check

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
