      Pros

      Good benefits, like healthcare, home office policy, good people working here. If you have a good manager you can probably have a career path.

      Cons

      Poor management. No real chances for growth. They live on exceptions instead of rules, and there is little guidance. Role is underappreciated. Too much workload and the pay is not according.

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
