      Pros

      Good stepping stone for entry level employees and ability to gain decent experience. Good health benefits. Flexible working environment and hours.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, poor salaries and very poor management. Parexel lies to clients stating that PAREXEL and PAREXEL Informatics are one company but this is not true. PI employees are treated poorly by Parexel employees and it is very demeaning. Many PI employees have left due to this culture. There is a huge amount of disconnect within the company ever since Parexel started to crush employees with so much corporate policy. The company continues to create new demands for employees but then lays more people off.

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

      Pros

      The only pro is that they offer remote work.

      Cons

      I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
