Pros

good people to work with. learn lots, will work on many studies in many theurapeutic areas. flexible working hours (work from home versus office based)

Cons

over worked, low salaries over the years senior management had an inability to listen to those actually doing the work. But lately they seem to be getting better. But there is always the risk they will fall back into that trap. Why? because like most CROs the company is run from the top by clinical people with no knowledge of what is involved or required to handle or process data. They have a history of listening to business development when making study related decisions, which is a huge mistake. But they are getting better....

Thank you for the feedback and candor about opportunities to improve. We have taken many steps to listen to all our employees ideas about how we can continue to deliver great value to our clients. We appreciate everyone's efforts in exemplifying our HPC principle of 'I Say What I Think" and working together to make PAREXEL a great place to work.

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
