Pros

some of the people are amazing - note that I only wrote some

some of the people are nasty and try to put you down and make you feel like you're worthless. Management is horrible and doesn't know how to manage. They act pompous, pretend to care, and they think they know everything when they don't have a clue about what is taking place on the floor or how to manage. They never employ enough people to cover shifts and more than half the time people are overworked and are set up for failure because quality issues/deviations are more likely to arise. Management may seem friendly, but don't let their initial impression fool you. They will only promote those who kiss up to management. They could care less on your performance. HR is untrustworthy. Never go to them or talk to them. They will throw you under the bus and lie to your face. Don't trust anyone in management that is currently there - as of September 2016.

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
