Pros

Co-workers are supportive and nice to work with, but it is not an environment where lasting relationships are made. Many employees have tenure in double digits, and there are many new people as well, very few in the middle.

Cons

There is a big disconnect between executives/management and the people doing the work. The environment is difficult. They are desperately trying to build a High Performing Culture, but that cannot be forced. The only groups that get recognition are the client facing teams. This causes significant rifts between groups and business units. It takes a fully cooperative company that is recognized for all the hard work that is done. Layoffs happen yearly at the turn of the fiscal year. It is a common occurrence to have 10-20% of the workforce walked out. While in the past the growth has been in double digits, and it has been through top line revenue, recently the only "profit" improvement is through cost cutting, the revenue line has not increased. This has impacted raises and bonuses are not being fully paid out. There are no growth opportunities as the company stagnates and tries to redefine itself. If you are offered a job, negotiate a high salary, and don't plan on staying. (or find a different employer)

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
