      Decent Health Care Plan 3 Weeks Pay Time Off when you start

      PM are very demanding. They just need another someone to get things done. Management does not know how to manage the crazy demands. Management does not care about your career growth. Insufficient time in development results in low quality work Too Many PMs who does not know why the applications work

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
