      Stable workplace, health insurance, nice office, decent salary

      Cons

      Workload has almost doubled because of questionable management decisions, jeopardizing quality for volume and leading to burnouts across entire team. No career pathway; promotion takes ages; no actual salary increases (~less than inflation, years in a row).

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
