Pros
Diverse work environment. Has all the advantages of both a small company and a large corporation, e.g. great benefits but you can still get get to know the people you work with.
Cons
PAREXEL as a company is in a difficult spot, smaller than their biggest competitors to gain efficiencies from economies of scale but still more bureaucratic than their smaller competitors.
